FAQs

Q: How can I tell if my child is elligible?

A: Your child will need an autism spectrum diagnosis, a diagnostic report indicating this, a prescription from a doctor recommending ABA, and a copy of your insurance card. We will then check your benefits and report back if your child and plan are eligible .

Q: Who provides the ABA services?

A: Our behavior technicians provide services under the guidance, on a weekly basis, from a Licensed Behavior Analyst. The technician will receive an initial 5 day training with our clinical compliance officer as well as a pre-training for any case with a Licensed Behavior Analyst. We strive to match each case with the most professional and component technician we have.

Q: Which insurance plans do you accept?

A: We accept most major commercial insurance plans. At this time in NYS Medicaid does not recognize or cover ABA services, therefore we do not accept Medicaid for this treatment.
