Karen Flynn

Chief Financial Officer

Karen is the Chief Financial Officer at Family of Kidz. Prior to Kidz, Karen was the Corporate Controller at CHE Psychological, a Brooklyn-based provider of behavioral and mental health services. Karen has over 15 years of experience serving in financial executive roles at healthcare-focused companies ranging from start-ups to national enterprises. Most recently, Karen has held leadership positions at CHE Psychological Services and Cordant Labs, covering finance, accounting, operations, and human resources.

Karen was previously a Board Member of Association for Talent Development, and a member of SHRM. Karen holds an MBA from Adelphi University.

In Karen’s free time, she can be found reading mystery novels and lounging by the beach. Karen and her husband Jim are the proud parents of three children, Tyler, Kelsey, and Lindsey.
