Barbara Stone-Carroll

Vice President of Human Resources

Barbara is the Vice President of Human Resources at Family of Kidz. Barbara’s mission is to keep the ‘Human’ in Human Resources by creating sustainable and engaging programs to build and retain our exceptional team of professionals.

Prior to Kidz, Barbara was the Head of Human Resources at a Long Island-based confectionary manufacturer, where she was responsible for championing a culture-centric organization and aligning all levels of management to ensure the Company maintained the highest levels of employee engagement, retention, satisfaction, and tenure. In addition, Barbara spearheaded the Company’s compliance, compensation and benefits programs, lead recruitment and onboarding procedures, and partnered with every level of management to continuously evaluate and optimize organizational development to meet current and future goals.

Barbara is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). Barbara is certified as a Senior Certified Professional from SHRM.

Barbara and her husband Paul are the proud parents to two children and twin granddaughters.
